Perfect!!

When I first opened my vinyl it looked grey, however TeckWrapCraft confirmed it was only a protective covering and man am I pleased with it. For a minute there I was disappointed but I am extremely grateful to them. My craft order can continue on time. Thank you immensely!

Hi Jessie. The 001M vinyl has a milky protective layer that needs to be removed to reveal the true vinyl color. Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

far too many emails

I ordered some vinyl a couple of weeks ago, since I originally requested a PO box delivery I was contacted to get an address that DHL can deliver to.

I had requested a vacation hold from DHL due to going on vacation. turns out that teckwrap really didn't like that since they've emailed me with the exact same canned email 4 times saying there's an exception with the tracking.

DHL also adds an upcharge for the customs payment, so instead of paying the $4 that customs actually charged, I had to pay over $25.

had they used a half decent courier that can actually handle things properly this would have never happened

on top of that, multiples emails for marketing and reviews have been plaguing my inbox, despite unsubscribing multiple times

I just wanted vinyl, not to be spammed with emails

the "milky protective layer" is honestly more annoying than anything but the colour is nice and the vinyl sticks to things pretty well.
